Simply upload your pet photo, pick a portrait style, and we stylise it for you - sculpting a 3D relief with real depth. Once you're happy with your design, add it to your cart and checkout.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 2000x2000 pixels). Low-resolution images may appear pixelated when printed.

You can use any image you own or have the rights to use. Please do not upload copyrighted images, logos, or content you don't have permission to use. We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe on intellectual property rights.

Custom designs are reviewed within 1-2 business days. We'll email you once your design is approved and in production. If there are any issues with your design, we'll reach out to discuss options.

You can request changes before your design is approved. Once production begins, we cannot make modifications. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Credits are used for our premium design features: portrait styling, background removal, relief sculpting, and high-resolution exports. Your first 3D proof is always free with every plate.

No, credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits, please contact us and we'll help resolve the situation.

Our wooden portrait plates are currently available in 8x10 inches, with a choice of natural oak or dark walnut floating frames. More sizes are coming soon.

Our signature 3D effect is a sculpted relief of your photo - a raised, embossed surface carved into solid wood that brings out real depth and dimension you can feel.

Each plate is carved from solid wood and hand-finished with a protective coat, so the relief keeps its detail for years. We recommend indoor display away from direct sunlight and moisture.

We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll try to accommodate your request.

UK orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-18 business days depending on location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.

If your portrait plate arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Due to the personalized nature of custom portrait plates, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Pre-designed portrait plates can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Minor color variations between screen and print are normal. However, if there's a significant difference or printing error, contact us with photos and we'll make it right.
